PAN applications that clear at the first attempt
New PAN, corrections, reprints and PAN for companies, firms and trusts — prepared so the name and proof combination matches exactly.
PAN applications are rejected for small, avoidable reasons: the name on the form not matching the Aadhaar to the letter, an initial expanded differently, or a signature outside the box. A rejection costs another cycle of two weeks. We fill the form against your actual proof documents, verify the name format, and track the acknowledgement through to dispatch. An inoperative PAN, which blocks refunds and attracts higher TDS, is fixed the same way.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a new PAN take?
- The e-PAN is generally issued within 3–7 working days of successful submission, and the physical card follows by post in about two weeks.
- What happens if my PAN is inoperative?
- TDS is deducted at a higher rate, refunds are withheld and many financial transactions are blocked. Linking with Aadhaar and paying the prescribed fee restores it.
- Can two PAN cards be held?
- No. Holding more than one PAN attracts a penalty. The extra PAN must be surrendered, which we handle along with the correction.
