Update your GSTIN details before the mismatch becomes a notice
Trade name, principal and additional places of business, partners, directors and bank details amended through REG-14.
GST details that no longer match reality cause real problems: e-way bills rejected for a wrong address, refunds stuck because the bank account is closed, notices sent to a signatory who left the business. Core amendments need officer approval and clean supporting proof, so we prepare the document set the way your state office expects and answer any REG-03 query raised on the application.
Who this is for

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a core amendment take?
- Usually 7–15 working days, since it needs officer approval. Non-core amendments are auto-approved and reflect almost immediately.
- Can I change the PAN on a GST registration?
- No. A change in PAN means a change in the legal entity, so a fresh registration is required and the old one is cancelled. We handle both together.
- Do I need a new registration for a branch in another state?
- Yes. GST is state-wise, so a branch in a different state needs its own registration. Within the same state, it is added as an additional place of business.
