LLP incorporated, and the Form 3 deadline actually met
Name approval, DSC and DPIN, FiLLiP incorporation and the LLP agreement filed within 30 days.
An LLP gives you limited liability without a company's board and meeting formalities, which is why professionals and small partnerships prefer it. The step that trips people up comes after incorporation: the LLP agreement has to be filed in Form 3 within 30 days, and the daily penalty for missing it has no upper cap. We file the agreement inside the window and hand over a calendar for Form 8 and Form 11, which are due every year even for a dormant LLP.
